Media Inquiries and Speaker's Bureau

The Mid-Atlantic District Export Council has developed a strong network of media liaison and a directory of speakers qualified to speak on issues related to international trade. Media inquires, including quotation of DEC members, are welcomed and available for geographical, industry, or functional specializations. Requests for deadline-driven media inquiries should be telephoned to Michael Lally, USEAC Director, at the contacts below. DEC members are also available for op-ed pieces and other more lengthy industry commentary, requiring advance notice and editorial and stylistic guidance.

Our speakers directory is currently comprised of more than 20 accomplished speakers. The speakers comprising the directory represent diverse professions including: bankers, lawyers, accountants, freight forwarders, customs house brokers, international marketing consultants and international sales managers. The topics on which the speakers are prepared to speak range considerably and cover everything from basic import/export issues to complicated international business transactions.
