Mission Statement

The MidAtlantic DEC provides regional business leadership and international expertise to support the U.S. Commercial Service by offering advice on private sector export matters, promoting and sponsoring export-related seminars, counseling businesses on export-related topics, and lobbying the U.S. Congress and other legislative bodies in support of export initiatives.

Vision Statement

The MidAtlantic DEC will become the premier voice of the Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware business communities for international business and export expansion. In doing so, the MidAtlantic DEC will be an effective contributor to the Philadelphia USEACs goals to: Increase the number of new exporters, Increase the number of new market entries by small businesses, and Promote Free Trade Agreements.
